What is sometimes overlooked is the age of

People were curious about their characters, where to find something how to solve a pursuit etc. - and that was a mmajor portion of cummunication and asking and providing help etc.. In the current days most people know the majority of these things, if they have a question they locate it on different sources and all class related puzzles are solved by various manuals with a scope and caliber of detail that don't miss anything.
Imho those things provided major possible for a dialogue. Another thing which was a result of the programmers is not having content which required a bunch or even a pool of WOW players to choose from. I can't argue from that, I love the groupfinder and joined kingdom, it's simple to start activities at each stage in time. I guess for people who are look for RP servers should be tried out by this. Those people are special in that regard.
I can see what you are getting at, but don't give up on guilds yet. Notably in guilds in
Cheap wow classic gold which you raid frequently I discovered that friendships develop quickly. These are obviously the guilds you will have to look for yourself, instead of being auto-invited. But yeah, outside of guilds like these it can be tough to locate WOW players that provide you another thought when you are not useful to them.
